So often we want everyone to like our art but if everyone likes it ,then maybe it’s not so good ! It might mean it’s bland or without much impact . Who knows ? The quirkiest artists tend to be the ones who are remembered .

Happy Mother’s Day 💕 to all mothers , mothers to be, mothers who’ve lost children and those who look after others in motherly ways .

Being an artist isn’t easy and we get can get easily discouraged so just doing little things can really boost us ! Thank you ! ❤️❤️

I thought it was time to tackle a self portrait again . I tend to do them around the time of my birthday and one has just gone . It’s interesting to see the effects of time on my face . Sad in some ways but hey ! I’m still here and still

I think it’s done ! More gold added and touches of orange . This will be at my exhibition at #salonmargate from the 8th February until the 14th . Come see ! ❤️

Getting there ! My fish fantasy is almost done . 🐋🐬🦈

It’s getting there ! Trying to fit in painting during a busy time in my life . Family stuff, some wonderful, some sad . This 100 x100cm canvas is inspired by all things from the sea ! With touches of gold which I’ve been using quite a lot
